UpLula mag loader?

Specs for the CZ-82 indicate that the magazines hold 12 rounds, yet using the UpLula mag loader I always max out at eleven rounds with all four of my factory original mags. Opinions? It's a great loader but is it also the source of the short load? Or am I misreading the specs and the 12th round is in the chamber?

a few of my .32 acp mags are a little tough to load the last couple of rounds when using my Makershot loader, that's why I have a few of the thumb type "Magloader" brand loader to push that last round down.

Near as I've ever been able to tell, CZ is just optimistic on the magazine capacity.  I don't think I've ever gotten that last round in, no matter what I've tried to do.

Same here. I think CZ considers a chambered round as a "mag loaded round"...

since one of my carry pistols is a vz82, I went and checked the loaded "crossed-swords" surplus magazine that is loaded for carry with Hornady Critical Defense 9mm Mak.

It definitely has 12 rounds loaded in it and putting all 12 back in the mag (without a Lula) is doable, but not fun. All 12 are resting quietly in the mag again. 

Real vz82 surplus mags or CZ-UB vz82/CZ83 mags will hold 12 rounds of 9mm Makarov. They will hold 12 rounds a lot easier if you remember to bring the Lula when you are loading them.
