Odd that no-one even shows the proper Slide Stop for the B-SA anymore
Midway shows it as "discontinued"
Here's what I have found:
The 22 KADET Stop at Numrich, bad pic, can't tell:
https://www.gunpartscorp.com/products/644250
The same Stop, OoS at CZ-USA:
https://shop.cz-usa.com/slide-stop-kadet-22lr0440008001.html
Now here's where we get a bit into the weeds
The B-Stainless Stops, they both look right, just Stainless:
https://shop.cz-usa.com/slide-stop-75-9mm-stainless-matte0420008127.html
https://shop.cz-usa.com/slide-stop-75-9mm-stainless-glossy0420008128.html
I think I'd trust that the Numrich Stop is the same as the CZ_USA's
I believe this would fit into Numrich's 90 day return policy if it doesn't work

So tell me again how Trump was worse then the 8 years before .... AND what's coming after HIM !

Standard cz75B (or SP-01) 9mm slide stop is the one you need. Its in stock, although it has different SKU. The only difference is there no Kadet printing on it.

Do you have a PCR slide stop to try?
If this is a Steel B-SA Frame, the PCR Stop will be too long

If you call CZ-USA they will ship you free correct slide stop. Now Kadet kits shipped with two slide stops. One is longer for (PCR).

The Kit should work correctly with the stock, B-SA Slide Stop
The two Stops that came with your new KADET Kit should be a PCR (the longer of the two) and one for a 75B ( did you try this one ? )

I didn't receive any stop with my Kadet Kit. Purchased ~2006.

Quote
My 75B-SA Slide Stop is quite different than the one on a standard 75B .... not sure way

If you did not receive one with your Lower, then YES, CZ-USA will know which Stop is the correct Slide Stop for the B-SA Frame
My B-SA Slide Stop looks just like your "SP-01" Stop
And my old "B" Stop looked like the one you labeled "B-SA"
Looks like someone may have sent you the wrong Slide Stop
Just for Ss and Gs, try your SP-01 Slide Stop in your B-SA / KADET and see what happens

Already tried swapping them. No good.

Edit: With the SP-01 stop in the SA frame, it almost sometimes locks back if I make sure the slide stop is already up when I rack it on an empty mag. It seems to engage the magazine better than the SA stop. But the Kadet on the SP-01 frame with the SP-01 stop locks every time.

Given this, then:
Standard cz75B (or SP-01) 9mm slide stop is the one you need. Its in stock, although it has different SKU. The only difference is there no Kadet printing on it.
This Part:
https://shop.cz-usa.com/slide-stop-sp-010420008040.html

The Slide Stop Spring on the B-SA Frame may be a bit too stiff for the KADET Mag Spring / Follower to lift the Stop reliably
There are a couple easy fixes

I usually either bend slide stop spring slightly or make another one from spring steel wire of lighter gauge. The fix is easy either way.

In the late 00's, I purchased a full size DA/SA 75 SP01 and a factory-threaded Kadet adaptor. From reading here, I think this is a "Kadet 1" but I am not sure. I've recently started shooting both the SP01 and the Kadet more frequently (;D) and I want a dedicated frame for the Kadet.

I don't want a decocker frame and the frame MUST fit the contours of the Kadet perfectly (no protruding rail section like my SP01 frame).

CZ Customs now offers for $475 a "SA Frame Kit" (link below) but only lists compatibility with the Kadet 2.

Is this a good choice for my Kadet? I can't seem to get anyone at CZ Customs to pick up the phone but I've been searching for used 75b frames, finding decocker models only, and am now getting anxious to make a purchase. When I first fitted the Kadet to my SP01 I had to very slightly file the front bit of the Kadet's slide rail (the visibly shiny portion in my photo).

Could anyone advise if this "SA Frame" (https://czcustom.com/new-firearms/cz-pistols-custom/cz-75-parts-kit-frame.html) would work for my purposes?

I see that you have already made your decision.  I wanted the same for my threaded Kadet kit.  So, I purchased a used 75B for less than the kit you noted.

Since I'm trying to convert one of my son-in-laws to a 'gun guy' and therefore influence my grandson (and granddaughters), I separated them and he is getting the used 75B for Christmas.

I'll return to using it on my other 75B.  :D

Good recommendation. I ordered the Kadet-specific slide stop from Numrich. It engages completely with the Kadet magazine follower. The SP-01 stop had come close to engaging but this Kadet stop is clearly the right part.

I'm still having some inconsistent lock-back on an empty mag but I am certain this has nothing to do with the stop but rather with the spring or other component. When I get some time, I'll dig into the Kadet Klub threads on this issue since I've seen a number of them.

A used 75B is definitely a smart choice. I originally wanted to do this but couldn't find anything half-decent (other than decockers, which I definitely didn't want) on Gunbroker at the time. Good luck cultivating a new firearms enthusiast.  8)

Hope you get it sorted out soon
Here's a Post of mine that should help you solve those Slide Stop Spring issues:
