Sometimes, it ain't all about me...
« on: December 15, 2020, 09:25:56 PM »
I wanted my son to really learn how to shoot, so I asked a buddy of mine who is a professional instructor, to get him to start shooting handgun. Eventually he will move up to a 9mm, but here he is the first time with a 22lr Ruger. The instructors face is blurred for various reasons.

He had a blast and wants to do it again ASAP...SCORE!

My first handgun! Ruger Mark I, still a great shooter 44 years later.  That’s the way to learn. My dad hooked me up with a retired excop who had a shooting range.

That’s very nice! It’s always great to see kids learning to shoot, be safe (around) and responsible with guns.

One of the priceless moments I had was when my daughter decided she wants to learn how to shoot. She started when she was 9 years old and she’s now thirteen.

She started with a .22 conversion for my 10.5” SBR and now shoots my competition guns and PCC. It’s a joy watching her shoot and see the improvement on her shooting skills  8).
