54420 Ultra-Lite Kit

Does the 54420 Ultra-Lite Kit include a reduced strength firing pin block plunger spring? Pictures on the website indicate so, but the description only talks about the mainspring, and firing pin spring- or did I miss it in my sleep depraved condition?
