SP-01 Tac Reach Reduction

So, overall I am very happy with my SP-01 Tac except for the trigger reach in DA. So, the CGW reach reduction kit it what I am wanting to do. I was thinking about sending it off to CGW when I thought I wanted the Pro Package. With just doing the RRK, what all goes into this? Is this a big job? I am fairly skilled at gun work. I have the Omega system down and have installed a few LTT trigger kits on Berettas.

Installation of the RRK requires full disassembly. This means that the Sear Cage must come out. I advise reviewing one of the CZ decocker guides to get your head around what is required.

Thanks for the help! So, if full break down in required I may consider just doing a full upgrade.

Have you handled a gun with the RRK installed? While is does reduce the reach; it's not by a lot. It was enough in my case and I'm pleased with it.

I agree that if you choose to install the RRK you might as well do the full Pro Package install and get all the goodies. Dealing with the sear cage is the most difficult part of the install.

IMHO the Pro Package is worth it. I've got it on my SP01 Tactical and love it.
