That JB Welded version looks like a lot of extra effort for something that I see little use for, however, it IS kind of neat, and if CZUB every decides to make a carbine version of the Kadet Kit, (now THAT'S a thought to stir souls!), a 20 round mag would be kind of neat to have...

As for "more than 10 rounds damaging the ammo", well both Ruger and S&W have 25 round mags for their carbines.

No, I'm not suggesting a big banana magazine, but it would be nice to use the existing space that's blocked off in the Kadet magazines.

I know personally that 22 rounds in my GSG 5-22 clips doesn't damage the rounds. Maybe there is a practical limit on capacity of rimfire ammo, but it's more of an engineering problem than anything.

The higher cap mags I seen and mentioned in the previous post were single stack.  They didn't look overly long as additional rds don't need much length.
The big benefit for many would bee with competitions such as steel challenge.  Mag changes on most 22 pistols are slow and commonly awkward.
The pistols with higher cap mags have a big advantage competition.
The 10 rd mags are like shooting with a revolver--you cannot afford to miss and stay competitive., with the additional problem of slow mag changes and needing more mags than with higher capacity mags.

If anyone comes up with a higher cap mags for a High Standard--say 14+/-,  I'll be first in line to buy two.  My four 10 rd mags can be back-up.

Perhaps now with 3D printer technology, a plastic baseplate could be printed that would allow for say 13-15 rounds.

This sounds like a job for Schmeky at CGW, if anyone can do it he can. Finding time may be the biggest issue for him though.

Actually there are CZ Kadet 15 round magazines made in Ceska Zbrojovka (not aftermarket), I own one, unit functions just fine, but they are very rare even in Czech Republic.  No idea why they don’t make that anymore in that capacity.

Any chance of you taking that apart and taking some pictures of it?

Something that rare should be documented on the forum. Plus it would be cool to see what they did to get the capacity.

Wonder if that design allows the Spring and the Follower to drop into the Base
That would give the extra depth for 5+ Rounds, without any change to the Mag Body itself
So tell me again how Trump was worse then the 8 years before .... AND what's coming after HIM !

I mean, even a 15 round Kadet magazine would be great. I think the Beretta M9-22 has a single stack 15 round 22LR mag, and the 92 has a very similar height when compared to the CZ-75. So it seems like a 15 round Kadet magazine doesn't seem too far fetched aside from lengthening the inside of the magazine tube.

Example here:

So .... how hard would it be, to reverse engineer the Kel Tec CP33 Mag and 3D Print one to fit the KADET ?
