Excessive wear on used cz barrel?

Hi I bought a used cz 75 compact and heard excessive grinding nosies, this gun was made in 2019. Is this normal wear? I have a full size cz 75b and there's no wear like this on the underside of my barrel. I think the grinding noise is the spring wearing away at that metal.
