I have been in contact with CGW.  They are going to have me send my gun in and they will get to the bottom of it.

Just to give an update, CGW appears to have gotten it all straightened out.  There was an issue with the sear spring.

Top notch customer service from cgw.

Jesuvuah - did they say what the issue with the sear spring was in detail? Just curious as I’ll be installing a pro kit on my p01 omega soon.

I think it could mostly be attributed to tolerance stacking.  They said the whole that the sear spring seats in was bored a little deeper then normal.  This of course was a non issue with the oem spring, but it became an issue with their spring.  So they had to install just a slightly longer spring to hold the correct amount of pressure on the sear.

They had fantastic customer service, although my Yankee ears struggled a little with the cajun accent lol.
