Doing a search and saw mention of bending the extractor. Is there a link to a post with details ?

I don't remember anything on bending a Kadet extractor, probably because the extractor is very brittle and will break if you try to bend it.  I do remember a few posts about modifying the extractor tip with a file to change the direction the case ejects.  I think.  It's been a few years ago, however.

The MOD  You remember was to taper the edge the fixed ejector as a cure for stove pipes.   It was in that discussion some one mentioned a prior Mod to the extractor.  I have not found any other reference to it in my searches.

Oops, you are right.  It is the ejector that is brittle.  I don't remember any changes to the extractor, and I don't think I have made any changes to mine.  Sorry about that.

First off, what issues are you experiencing ?
Can't say I've ever read anything about bending the Extractor .... I know that's how you adjust the Tension on a 1911 Extractor but not the CZ
I have removed the Extractor and filed the inside edge of the Notch in the Bolt and the Barrel where the Extractor sits, to allow the Extractor a bit more inward movement, but that's about it for the Extractor
It's a small, flat part, and would be tough to bend it laterally
So tell me again how Trump was worse then the 8 years before .... AND what's coming after HIM !

I was reviewing previous posts on mods to cure stove pipes and saw it mentioned.  Just trying to find " the rest of the story" .
