Yep it's a CZ all right, just not "our" CZ!!  It's a Ceska Zastava from Yugoslavia!  A gun dealer here in Sin City has it for sale, around $7,000 if you're interested!! It even has a cool name "The Black Arrow"... Here's a link to all the info on it:  CZ 50 BMG Black Arrow

I'm certain that's some bogus crap somebody posted. There are some 50BMG single shot pistols I've seen out there but I doubt it even mechanically possible to chamber a gun like the Shadow for that round. I could see it if they were working with something like the .50AE

You can even see on the mag it says "plus 2".  For 9mm of course because .50bmg is far too long to fit within the handle.

since someone decided to dig this thread out from its grave, the Serbian use of "CZ" means Crvena Zastava (Zastava Arms), not "Ceska Zastava" as stated above.

The biggest repeating handgun I've seen was chambered in 45-70, IIRC. The 50 BMG case is simply far too large to fit in anything one hand held except as a single shot, and the vast majority of the powder would probably be wasted in a huge fireball. Which you would never see as you would be screaming in agony at your snapped wrist. So, no, CZ will not likely ever make a 50BMG chambered firearm, much less a pistol. Hard enough to get them to consider 10mm...

Years back Davidson's sold an EAA "Black Arrow" .50 BMG. They carried both it, and the Bushmaster BA-50. The problem with the "Black Arrow" was the bi-pod was mounted too far rearward. And without the magazine full of ammunition, the weapon was muzzle heavy, and would tip over on the bench. They stopped carrying it shortly there after.
