Captive bolt pistol/gun
« on: September 10, 2021, 04:41:51 PM »
Something different. Not exactly a pistol/gun but operates with a 9x20 blank cartridge, carries a CIP proof mark but is not a licensed item in the Czech Republic. Used to stun an animal with a protruding bolt before slaughter in small processing operations, typically when the pig is slaughtered in the autumn or early winter on the family farm. Load the cartridge, pull the bolt back and a press down on the shiny, clip-looking trigger. The manufacturer, Antreg manufactures a line of AR-15 type rifles, CZ 75B clone and a Kadet 2 type adapter. It was spun off from Zbrojovka a few decades ago.
