hammer messing up the sear. overtravel screw IS REMOVED. hammer will break, but sear can't travel enough to clear the hammer hooks cleanly. I repeat, overtravel screw is removed.
What I can do to make sear to travel high enough?
pistol is shadow 2 with CZUB competition hammer. everything else @ stock.

i have tried to use fresh new sear, same thing.
Put new trigger bar spring, properly adjusted, same thing.
You can alter the Trigger or Trigger frame hole, so that it can travel further rearward and in turn move the Trigger Bar further which will move the lover leg of the Sear further and raise it up higher for more clearance.
I would make sure that all other options are expended before exploring permanent alteration of the Trigger and or Frame. Issues like these are generally part or adjustment related and remedied through the use if different parts and or adjustments.
