P-09 Kadet Kit on a P-07?

Will the P09 Kadet Kit work on a P-07?  .22LR  ammunition performs better from a longer barrel, so I'm thinking I might like the P-09 Kadet Kit for my P-07 Duty.  The P-09 pistol is on my wish list and I already use a P-09 holster for my P-07, so eventually a P-09 Kadet might have a proper home. 

I can appreciate that the P-07 frame dust cover might be a little short, so the P-09 recoil spring might show but functionally that shouldn't make any difference. 

I apologize if this question has been answered before.  Tried the search to find an answer .   .    .

Mr. DenStinett, much appreciate the response but am curious why the 09 Kadet Kit won't work on a 07 Duty.  If you please, do share the why.

Can't really say ....
Other than CZ claims they are not interchangeable .... and, they want you to buy both   
My guess is; the length of the Dust Covers .... the P09 KADET Dust Cover, MAY NOT reach to fit into the Dust Cover on the P07 Lower
Will a (9mm) P09 Upper run on the P07 Lower ?
The OAL of the P09 is what, about and inch longer than the P07 ?
The difference in the Barrels are about 0.8"
