good news! Yesterday I did receive the 2 aluminum pinky base plates from CZ parts (from Czech republic). This is the extended pinky, but does not add any rounds to the mag capacity (I already have +2 and hyve +3 plates for that as needed). While pricey, they are high quality and go on easily. With the CZ standard flush base plate on my P-10S, I can get maybe 1/3 of my pinky on the base plate. With this extended pinky plate, I get close to 75% of my pinky on (I have large guy sized hands). Going from 1/3 to 75% is a big difference, especially with the shape of the pinky plate (bottom edge flared out a little). Hope to shoot it soon and see how control is. One criticism however, is that the lower edges are machined pointy and can dig into the palm of your hand with a tight grip. I took some 1000# grit paper to the one edge (rt handed) to soften the corner. Helped noticeably, but also wore down some of the anodizing at that corner. Being aluminum, not going to worry about that - but I may touch it up with something down the road.
