P10C Fail to Eject and Feed issue together. Stock under 500 Rounds

I had an issue when one round did not eject but a second one from the magazine was fed into the ramp and damaged the tip of the bullet. It was in battery bc I tried to fire it and nothing. I stripped the Mag and I could clear the spend Brass easily by standard racking procedure. Upon inserting the mag I felt the Burr and noticed the issue.  I have never seen this before. any Help?

Stock P10c Gen 2 with under 500 rounds.

I would leap to a bad round as the issue unless you can repeat it.

So, you had a double feed? I had this happen one time only and it was with a P320 Compact 9mm at a Sig Academy course. I cleared it and finished the course of fire. Never had it happen again. I checked out the extractor to see if there was any visible issue, but could see nothing. Check yours, but it could just bee a bad round like mentioned before. If it does keep happening, contact CZ.
