Anyone else get CC fraud after ordering from CZ USA’s Webstore?

This is just too much to be coincidence.

Seems that every one of the last half-dozen online orders I’ve made with CZ USA has been followed by CC frauds or attempted CC fraud within a week or two…anyone else have that experience?

Sorry, I assumed you were talking about buying a firearm directly from CZ-USA.  You may have been alluding to their store for swag and spare parts.

No, I’m talking about the official Webstore for parts & accessories on the CZ USA website. I can buy and receive various parts there. But invariably, I’ll be the target of credit card fraud within a couple of weeks of my transaction.

Never had an issue of any kind. I've ordered from CZ-USA, CZ Custom and CGW in the past few months and had no problem at all. I did make a purchase at Best Buy over the summer and the next thing to happen was someone trying to use my card to order something from Best Buy online. I check my CC and bank statements every morning so I put an end to that pretty quickly.

Never ordered from them. The wife however, watches our account like a hawk looking for breakfast. Why don't these people put their skills to doing good instead of the other way around. Occasionally I forget to tell her I've ordered something and get the question, "did you". We have been compromised I think about 3 times over the past 5 years.

I have ordered several items from the CZ-USA web store over the years without any issues with my credit card or otherwise.  However, I do recall there was a period of time around 2019-2020 where their webstore went offline for several months, and then looked entirely new after it came back online.  I don't recall exactly but seems like I remember someone saying it may have been due to their old site being compromised.  Some others thought it had to do with their relocation to Little Rock, which of course never happened.

I used to order from the CZ webstore a lot and do not recall an issue. There was a period a few years back though, that almost everytime I would order something online my card would get frauded. I think the company ended up sending me 4 or 5 new cards that year. Guessing maybe my computer was the issue since the orders were from all different places.

Sounds like you may have been phished.  Clicking on links in emails, even from someone you know can compromise your computer.  Malware can grab your credit card # as you type it into the CZ-USA order page.

No. Not with CZ's webstore specifically, but CC fraud is generally out of control.

Use virtual credit cards whenever possible, and only for transactions that are unlikely to require in a need to refund your money to that credit card number (because it ceases to exist after it's used).
