Dillon Super 1050 Upgrades

Well I was offered an opportunity to purchase a Dillon Super 1050 for a deal too good to pass on. It came setup with 40S&W and had a few upgrades already installed but I took the opportunity to make a few upgrades myself.
https://rumble.com/vzddpu-dillon-super-1050-press-upgrades.html
The biggest upgrade was to 3D print and assemble a bullet feeder collator and bullet feeder die. The fine folks over at Castboolits have a very long thread and built a system that is really thorough and well put together. It has a manual with instructions and an app that you use to configure your exact caliber/needs. They also have designed the bullet feeder to drop them nose down and nose up depending on what you are doing with them (loading or sizing). They also have case feeder configuration too, it is really a fantastic system. I have run a few hundred with it thus far and it is working OK. I had some issues with the bullet feed die and the micro switch. I may switch it up and move to a proximity sensor (capacitance or inductive). Those are options you can select when configuring your system (it's all already designed, you just have to print what you need). All in all this system easily just paid for my 3D printer. The best part is that if a part breaks you just print a new one (or redesign it and print it).

The other upgrades are a mix of items I purchased, found on Thingiverse, and items I designed myself. I'll list them out for future reference:
Purchased:

Primer Tube Holder:

Case Feeder Stop:

The following upgrades are my design:
Locator Button Tabs
Powder Baffle
Primer Catch Cup
Primer Follower Rod Holder
Spent Primer Chute and tube clip
Dillon Toolhead Stand
I'm still learning the press and thus far it is producing acceptable ammunition. The OAL and primer seating depth seem to be slightly more variable than what I was achieving with my LNL AP. Of course I have a number of years tweaking and learning that press and have gone through it and upgraded it to perform well. I will get there with the Dillon S1050 too but it will take more time with the equipment to learn what it needs.
We'll see how durable the bullet feed system is but I'm optimistic based on my initial usage. It seems to work well. Time will tell how many rounds it lasts and what items need upgrading.
Cheers,
Toby

Thanks Wobbly, I drank the blue koolaid, not sure if it was good idea or not yet...
At least now I have a reason to stop by the Dillon showroom when in Scottsdale (aside from drooling over reloading gear). I'm sure I'll have a need to pick up replacement parts on occasion.
Now if we could just get back to reasonable component prices and supply! I feel like I shouldn't reload anything unless I absolutely need to right now. It makes it hard to run this thing as it just cranks out the ammo (and consumes components!).
Cheers,
Toby
