No, I don't run, but with the railed topcover in the pic, you definitely cannot use irons.
Without the railed topcover and without anything on that front top rail, you might be able to use irons but would have the equivalent of lower 1/3 or maybe lower 1/2 sight picture.
I also do not anticipate that the rear sight will actually function across all range settings. With respect to front sight, your zero likely also impacts the height of front sight post and according sight picture.
So in sum, that's not a forend where irons are prioritized.
And the angle here likely suggests more of the front sight post is visible than it will be in reality (sorry mods; don't know that I can resize this one):
