 As far as I can recall roll mark was the only difference. 75 Compact vs 75 P-01.

one would think CZ would have named the  CZ 75 P-01 #99041 the CZ SP-01 compact, since it is also a steel frame.

Same car different rims.  My Steel 99041 Says CZ75 P-01.

So does mine. 
However, if CZ would have stamped the slide with "CZ SP-01 Compact", it would have be more accurate and would prevented a lot of follow up explanations and questions regarding the P-01 "Steel Frame" version.

Form what I’ve seen it the same pistol made on different runs . Roll mark is the only differance

They also imported a lot more of the 41s than they did with the 21.

I have read that only between 50-1500 of the CZ#99021 were imported.
