75 TS 2 SINGLE SHOT
« on: June 18, 2022, 10:29:03 AM »
Just took my new TS2 to the range for its first outing. Loaded 20 rounds of Winchester 115 grain FMJ, racked the slide, and fired. It went bang. Pressed the trigger for number two. No  go bang. Pulled the hammer back and then pressed the trigger. Bang. It feeds and functions fine EXCEPT  that I have to pull back the trigger ALL the way back. I know that it’s probably something very simple that I’m doing wrong. This is my first CZ. Any ideas or suggestions that I can try?
Thanks

Does it have an overtravel screw?

Yes it does. It’s like when the slide comes back, the hammer doesn’t get pushed down and back far enough.

You could take the slide off and check the trigger bar springs to make sure they're in place on both sides of the trigger bar. You can also make sure that the trigger bar springs have the right amount of tension. Check Cajun Gun Works site to see how to test for the correct tension on each side of the trigger bar.

TS And TS2 doesn't have this wishbone like spring. Even the trigger bar is one-sided. This ain't 75 yaknow.

Try to loosen trigger pre-travel screw.
