1) I have the last issue of the 2-speed Dillon case feeder and there is no circuit board inside.
2) Did you try physically unplugging one of the wires from the case detection switch ? Try that.
> If unplugging either wire from the case detection micro-switch turns the motor OFF, then you either have: the wrong switch, the wrong connections to the switch, or you have a faulty switch.
> If your case detection switch has 3 terminals, then the 2 wires should be connected to Comm and NC. The presence of a case would then open the contacts and stop the motor.
