Target date

I have a CZ P-01 that came with a target that was shot at the factory with a date of 01.07.05 / HH:MM.  Does anyone know what format CZ uses for the date ?  Would the year be "01" or "05" ?  Thanks.

just for future info...

Europe uses the 2400 time format and they use Day-Month-Year....something to keep in mind when dealing outside of the USA.
