Good to hear.  I wish there was a website where they did custom requests for 3D printed triggers.

CZ P-10 C - CZC OR Upper, Romeo1Pro
Volquartsen Black Mamba 6" - Romeo1Pro, Ruger Target Grips

Yeah sorry I haven't modelled or attempted to put together a DA/SA trigger yet.  It fell off my radar.  Eventually I will get around to it.

Cheers,
Toby

Muscle memory will eventually be alright with the new profile.
Excellent work, and I really like the updated longer profile.
Life is too short to waste on a bad trigger pull

The pin holes.

Could you insert a metal (brass or mild steel bushing there to insure the hole is round and stays round?  With a "lip" on the outside it would stay in place once inserted into the frame.  Not sure they would try to work out/inwards anyway, but being sure is best.
I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?

M1A,

I've just come to the conclusion that I'm going to have to clean them up post printing.   Quick pass with a drill bit ensures they are round.   The holes end up undersized and that is ideal because it grabs the cgw floating trigger pin and I don't have to use loctite on the TS installation.

They don't walk at all and the pin to frame joint is what rotates not the pin to trigger.  I was slightly concerned the holes would wear in the trigger over time but since that joint is fixed the wear concern is mute.  It's pretty ideal actually.

Cheers,
Toby

So the pin is "tight" in the hole in the trigger and spins/rotates in the frame on the floating pin?

I don't see that as an issue as long as it doesn't cause trigger pull changes/issues and works.

If that's the way it's going to work will you use oil, or grease, on the trigger pin to frame contact points?

Yep, I just put a tiny bit of oil on the floating trigger pin hole on each side.  Just enough to wick into the hole.  The TS single action only trigger doesn't pivot much from rest to break, maybe 5-10 degrees?

Been working fine for a couple thousand rounds now.  Hasn't walked at all and feels tight and there isn't much side to side play.

Cheers,
Toby

Tdogg, this is exactly what I was looking for a few years back when I was training with Ben Stoeger. I ended up using the Thick trigger from a 97 on my S2. I couldn't eveliev no one else had tried to solve this problem.

Are you planning to run one of your triggers at nationals? (I stopped competing, so don't ask about me, lol)

Yes, I will run it at nationals.  Yeah there isn't much out there for larger hands, most folks are looking for reach reduction.

I have no concerns at this point.  They feel and function great.  I need to replace the TRS on my primary TSO in prep for nationals.  I've figured out the feeding issue and should be good to go.

Cheers,
Toby
