None of these "Need" to be smithed.  On my TSO's I installed a CGW hammer in order to increase the trigger pull weight.  I've spent time tuning the trigger pull feel, mostly to create a wall before the break.  Out of the box it was a ~1.5lb trigger.  It currently is ~2.75lb trigger.

Of the pistols mentioned in this thread, the TSO is the most refined pistol from the factory.  It already has a hand fit slide and barrel.  It is only single action only and has a really good trigger out of the box.

The TS2 is a close second but will not be as "tight" as the TSO.  It does have updated ergonomics.

The Shadow 2 is really a different animal all together as it is a DA/SA gun and thus has different requirements and needs.

Now that they have announced the TSO-2, it will be the pinnacle of the TS lineup going forward.  It has the updated ergonomics, a bull barrel, and the same hand fit finishes that make the TSO a winner.  I don't know what the MSRP is but I'm assuming it will be $$$.

Cheers,
Toby

Hi,
Are you referring to the TS2 or the TS2 Racing Green or both?

The original TS and new TS2/TS2 green models are factory fit and are not hand fit.  The TSO, TS2 Bronze, and the new TS2 Orange are hand fit frame to slide and barrel to slide.  This equates to a very close fit as compared to factory fit.  This is going to improve barrel lockup and ultimately the accuracy of the firearm.

This is really splitting hairs as any TS variant is going to be very accurate out of the box.  Most shooters are not going to appreciate (or notice any practical improvement in accuracy) the added benefit of a hand fit barrel and slide.

Cheers,
Toby
