That area is VERY well connected to rail, Interstate highways and sea transport.
Our current governor just signed in "Constitutional carry", so the gun laws here are very lenient. Plus, south Ga is a hunting Mecca.
The location is also served by a number of good technical colleges and trade schools.
It's a very good location.
