Installing Manual IDPA-SSP kit

I'd like to get the CGW Manual IDPA SSP kit and install myself.  I've been unable to locate a video to show me how to do this.  Also, I'm not finding the instruction on the CGW web page to be very intuitive.  Any help would be appreciated.  For reasons not known, my LGS won't do the installation on this. Thanks.

For what it is worth (not a lot) I have an extremely good gunsmith who works on my guns. He is NEVER happy to see the CZ, too many bad things can go wrong if you don't have all of the right follower/hold it in place pins and get them inserted correctly.  He agrees to work on mine because he has made most if not all of the serious mistakes years ago and knows what to watch for.   CGW's instructions may not be that intuitive because there is a strong chance the process isn't intuitive and/or CGW is trying to be helpful in discouraging new folks from taking their CZ's apart.
