Colt CZ acquires 70% of Fiocchi Munizioni

Haven’t seen this in the US news. It happened on Thanksgiving Day. Supposedly the largest deal ever in the Czech armaments industry. Colt was bought for $220 million. The Fiocchi family and an investment group are the minority shareholders.

Edited to emphasize it is not Colt CZ as written in the title but another Czech company.

 That's not Colt CZ. "CZ" is not uncommon in Czech based company names.

You are correct, it is not the Colt CZ group. An acquaintance sent me the link on the phone while I was traveling and I just read it in a hurry on the small screen. It is a different company, CSG Czechoslovak Group, that is headquartered in Prague.
