19-round Mec-Gar magazine spring replacements? (Supplied with SP-01 Shadow).

I have several 19-round Mec-Gar magazines that came with my SP-01 Shadow and I am slowly gathering replacement parts.  The floor-plates are extended plastic, marked "Plus 2" and the magazines have a blue follower.  The baseplate retention clip works like the "drop protection floorplate" as seen on their website. 

I also have a CZ 19-round magazine with a black follower but the floorplate and retention clip are different. 

I've looked around for each and it looks like CZ custom can supply for the CZ mag but anyone know what could be used in the Mec-Gar ones?
