P-07 Suppressor Sights

Looking for recommendations on where to find/buy suppressor height night sights or suppressor fiber sights for my P-07. In addition does anyone know the dimensions/height of the factory suppressor luminescent sights?

.362" for the front sight, slide top to tip
.472" for the rear sight, bottom dovetail flat to the tip

P07 and P09 use the same sights
