CZ P-09 recoil spring

Hi all.  Greetings from Canada. 

Trying to get a replacement recoil spring set for my P-09. If I wanted a slightly lighter (than stock) spring and wanted to get away from the captured guide rod/ spring combo currently in place what options do I have.

Hard to get parts up here ……so any advice much appreciated.
