Shadow 2SA failure to reset

With only 200 rounds fired the gun now fails to reset. If I push the hammer down after it locks back from the slide it will reset, it will also reset with the slide removed. It is not related to the trigger stop and it suddenly stopped resetting halfway through mag.

Any ideas how to fix? Is this common?

I heard these were supposed to be reliable guns and this is the first to stop working in my 27 years of gun collecting.

If it's new, return it to CZ.

   To eliminate variables i would completely remove the Trigger pretravel set screw. The pretravel set screw is located in the top of the Trigger and is accessible through the top of the Trigger with the pistol slide removed. Once removed, i would test the pistol without the screw installed. For clarity, i am not talking about the Trigger overtravel set screw that is located in the face of the Trigger but the other pretravel set screw located higher up in the Trigger.

Had the same issue after i installed some new cgw parts.

Is you pistol a single action only variant or are you just having issues with the single action reset on your DA/SA shadow 2?

Pictures or a video of the issue really helps troubleshooting. 

SAO Shadow 2 variant will not have the disconnector to "fit" as discussed in the video above.
