P-10 M magazine extension?

Any suggestions on a magazine extension for a P-10 M magazine that doesn’t have a gap or ounce-point between the extension and the original magazine body ?  I’m not so much even looking for additional capacity as I am looking for a better grip.

Czcustom.com has a +3 baseplate for $38.  In stock also.

I have been using the CZ Custom 3 round magazine extension for 3 months and it has performed well.  No hiccups.
