I haven't tried this personally, so try at your own risk. I had seen a video on which the person modified his CZ75 compact grip to fit his new Shadow2 compact.
All he did was to file back the raised edge of the front edge of the grip until it was narrow enough to fit down in the recessed part of the frame grip. I'm not talking about the edge of the grip that will be exposed, but if you turn the grip over it's the raised portion of the grip that will be located at the front of the grip after it's installed. It's kind of hard to describe, so I'm attaching this photo to hopefully help. Once that edge was trimmed back, the modified grip fit perfectly and the hole for the screw lined up perfectly.
Like I said, I haven't seen this personally, so try it at your own risk. If maybe you have a junk set of grips for a CZ 75 compact it might be worth trying. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before aftermarket grips are available.
