There are two set screws on the SAO trigger.  The one you access from the top (near where the triggerbar connects) is what controls the forward stop point and could prevent reset.  Remove both trigger set screws and check for function.  You may have a timing issue and M1A advise could fix it but in the video the trigger set screws are still in the trigger.

Second as Tok mentioned the triggerbar spring may need to be adjusted.  Tutorial here:  https://cdn1.cajungunworks.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/28155355/How-To-34-Adjustment.pdf

You did or didn't remove the disconnector already?

Also I wouldn't drop the hammer without the slide in place.

Cheers,
Toby

Op I just answered on calguns before reading the new inputs here.
I also wonder whether you installed the trigger return spring correctly.

Btw did you replace the trigger pin with a floating trigger pin for ease of removal?

Success everyone!

I just got this trigger working.

Yes I did remove the disconnector but I didn’t install the new floating trigger.

The problem turns out to be the trigger I got from armory craft. The specs were not ok I guess as I had to file some of the material off from the front of the trigger because it was hitting the frame and wasn’t letting the trigger reset correctly

I filed a bit off and everything is running great

I didn’t remember your user names but thanks everyone on here I appreciate your help

Thanks for all the help

I will be buying a set of springs and pins which include the floating pin.

Have you installed the  mcarbo kit?

I didn't remove a bunch of metal here, just enough to get it to work and then reinstalled the screw and adjusted it.

That front face and lower corner is up inside the frame and is not visible when installed in the frame.  Sometimes you just run into a weird issue no one else has had.

Your suggestion worked. I removed material and it started dropping the hammer

All of you guys and morivera were awesome

Glad you got it.

Weird stuff can happen when you use factory stuff, so don't blame the company making the trigger.  Sometimes we just have to make a small adjustment to something.

Now we need a range report with pictures.
I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?
