I ordered some parts on 8/28/23 (old P07 DUTY and other spares)

They make you appreciate ordering from them.

Got the package today (I live in central VA).

What's not to like?

Good e-mail communications about order reception and shipping info.

Parts in a padded envelope inside a big USPS envelope.

The parts bags have tags with part names on them.

I've ordered quite a bit of M&P parts this spring/summer.  Two different vendors.  I get the parts, no ID on any of that and I've gotta go through the bags of parts and look at stuff and try to figure out what spring this is?  Shield?  Or M&P full sized .40?

No such issues with CGW.  Nice little bags for each part/type of parts and labels on the bags to tell me what the part is and what if fits.

There are reasons I keep ordering from CGW.
I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?

M1a1,

Thank you for the positive feedback about CGW.  The times I bought parts from CGW, the experience was 100% positive.  It’s too often we hear when someone messes up, but almost never when someone goes the extra mile on a routine transaction.
Once again Thank you Sir.

Visiting the CGW shop in person is still on my bucket list.  Great company, great folks with lots of knowledge.

Let me join in the CGW fanboy bandwagon.  Not are they great for ordering parts, but when having a problem with a CZ their gunsmiths have taken the time to assist me on the phone and twice told me how to fix it myself.  When the one time I sent it in to them it was back in two weeks and I think they must of done a trigger job, cause it was a lot smoother than when I sent it in (issue was a damaged sear spring). Cost on the work they provide is lower than what I can get done locally, it is just as quick and it has always been done right.  What is not to love.  They currently are working on adding new Bomar style sights to a SP-01 tactical and refinishing the slide, which will become my alternate home defense pistol.

Here is a nearly 10 year old video I made while we were all waiting on CGW to finish design and production of their P-09/07 aftermarket parts.

Not long afterwards, the new parts became available and I've been a happy camper ever since.

I got my SP-01 slide back early Thursday afternoon. I sent it off to have the slide remilled because someone didn't do it right the first time. I had BUIS put on as well. CGW did an excellent job. The BUIS were right on the money at 10 yards. The Holosun only required a couple of clicks up and a couple of clicks to the left. The SP-01 will now be my bullseye gun for the league at my club. Great job CGW!!!

Agreed, they're awesome to deal with.  Spoke with Patrick on the phone yesterday regarding some P-07 parts and he was beyond helpful.  Excellent.
