Axle pins retainer plate rivet??

 To make my CNCW receiver look a lil' more "correct" I'd like to install the pin retainer plate in the right side of my receiver or at least a rivet in the receiver to mimic the original. Anyone have a measurement for the hole location and any info on the rivet that was used to install the pivoting lock plate??

That pin and retainer is typically removed to make the receiver not a machine gun... With it installed, you can easily drop in f/a trigger group minus the in-battery lever and get yourself 10 years in prison and loss of 2A rights for constructive possession...

That's why AFAIK, it's not available on any US import Vz58 that's not a pre-ban machine gun or post-sample import.  Good luck!

 This statement from their website makes me scratch my head tho...

"These receivers have been machined to precise specs with every detail carefully considered. They are designed to accept the original mil-spec trigger pins and also the swinging pin retainer clip. Click Here to view the BATF approval letter we obtained for these design enhancements."

 From the letter and the interior design I assume (yea,I know) they are bragging that they made the receiver walls thin enough to use the swing locking plate & original pin groves which only secures the pins but did not mill the area behind the magwell & in front of that pin to accept the FA lever/trip which also rides on that pin. From the design it doesn't look like the infamous"3rd hole" in most FA guns. I'm by no stretch of the imagination an expert on that FA crap so I'll err on the safe side.

Does your receiver have a hole there?  If not, it's a mute point.  I wouldn't drill a hole if it wasn't installed by the factory.
