Two P07 Questions
« on: April 17, 2024, 06:16:38 PM »
Looking for a little guidance ...

I want to install the CGW Hammer in my P07. I did it on a P07 I owned years ago and it was awesome but .. I certainly dont remember how I did it!! :)

Any great videos that can help me through the process?

Second question

If I am understanding my google searches right .. the P07 is or will be discontinued. I certainly could be wrong. I would like to put together a backup spring kit. What springs should I absolutely buy now for backup in the event they get harder to find?

Thanks fellas!
Alex

The P09 install is the same:

There was lots of chatter over a year ago that the P07 would be discontinued in 2023 but they just reduced the variations to one.

^^^ Yes, excellent disassembly / reassembly video. ^^^

I put MCARBO spring kits in my CZs and keep the factory springs as backups.  The CGW kits may even be better.  And I usually keep one or two recoil guide rod springs for normal wear or minor tuning.  Plus I usually upgrade my polymer recoil guide rods with SS ones.
