As far as concealment goes, I'm only 6'3" tall (or used to be when I was younger). These days at the doctor's office they sometimes check weight but no one measures height. I've carried mine concealed (IWB, right side) for close to 12 years now. I've carried it in the same holster in the same place year round. T-shirt tucked into my pants, button up short sleeve shirt over top of the T-shirt to hide the pistol during the hot summer months. Sweat? Yeah, I sweat anyway, button up shirt or just T-shirt, makes no difference for me.
A good, tough strong/stiff belt is a good idea. I got a big thick leather belt at a gun show about 10 years ago that has kept it's shape in spite of the years, the sweat, the weight of the gun/magazine pouch (spare mag is a P09 .40 magazine with a +2 base IWB on the left side.) The standard 12 round (15 round ?) in the 9MM is better for concealment the way I carry. I don't care if the spare sticks out the bottom of the pistol frame if it gets to the point I've run through my 12+1 carried in the gun.
Can't say how big/small my hands/fingers are but I can say my little finger is on the bottom of the P07 mag but very close to the bottom edge. I do notice it sometimes when gripping the pistol, but not when shooting it. Mine kicks a good big more than some as it's a .40, not a 9MM.
You can get 10 round magazines for the P07 and P09.
One idea, if your stuck on the P07, might be to get a P09 magazine with one of the length adaptor sleeves that are being sold to fill the gap between the base of the longer magazine and the bottom of the P07 mag. well. Then again, that makes it harder to conceal for most people (pistol is taller from top of the slide to the bottom of the magazine) but that might not be much of an issue for a person taller/larger than the average.
Good luck with your choice/carry.
