I brought one and like it.  But I found the trigger feels similar to stock.  The weight is above 4.0 on SA as well.  I decided to send it to Cajun for their Pro Package.  I’ll report back what’s it’s like when I get it.

Got it back today.  The trigger is 3.3 SA and 6.5 DA.  More importantly it’s completely smooth with little take up.  Big improvement.  My advice is anyone interested in making a P01 better, either buy the parts from Cajun or sent it to them for the Pro package work.  Definitely worth it.

Isn't the CZC P-01 SDP a CZ Custom version of a basic P-01 with their customized Self Defense Package version of a Cajun "Pro Package" upgrade plus sites etc? 

Very little comes up on the SDP on Google and, or Youtube.

You are correct about the SDM’s designation.  It’s just a P01 with their hammer and shortened reset disconnector, different sights which are great, stainless guide rod, and different grips which also are nice.  But the trigger and hammer are much smoother and lighter with the Cajun Pro kit.  And maybe the SDM package, including trigger, is what they feel is best for a self defense handgun.

I’ll add to my favorable experience.  I recently brought a Shadow 2 Orange.  It was fine out of the box but not quite what I excepted.  I sent it to Cajun for their Pro Package.  My fingers aren’t as nimble as they used to be so having them do the install and getting it right was worth it to me.

Not only was the SA and DA lighter, the trigger was even more smooth.  I couldn’t be happier.
