Anyone Own a Ringneck or Bobwhite?

Impressions?  I've been wanting a low cost .410 double for a while now, and these look like they may be the ticket.  I have only seen them in the catalog though.  I've never been able to hold one.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

I own a 20ga ringneck and am very happy with the performance of this shotgun. I have never shot a Ringneck .410 but if its any thing like my 20ga I highly recommend it. Be advised however that the wood onyour shotgun will not look like the brochure,

Unless you are buying a custom gun, they hardley ever look like the stocks in the brochure. When they take the pictures, they always pull the best of the lot, not the average. All companies do this, not just CZ. Usually it does not look as good, but sometimes you luck out, and it looks better, then there are times it looks so bad, you have to send it back. That's what you get when dealing with organic things like wood; every piece is differant.

No slight intended,to CZ I realize all products includingCZ firearms are made to a price point and that there can be a large variation in the grain of wood. I had to send back my first Ringneck due to a trigger pull that pegged my 10lb trigger scale and pitting in the barrels. The wood on that one was pretty nice. Cz made good on the gun and replaced it. The wood on this one has no grain and is a funny color. I am [if you see my other post] attempting to purchase upgraded wood for the gun I like it so much. I do understand it is the luck of the draw, the same thing happened to me with a Beretta over and under years ago.

I just bought a Ringneck 20 ga. with 28" BBLs. It has the most beautiful wood you could ever imagine. The gun store owner pulled out a $2,200 Weatherby SXS and held it next to the Ringneck. The CZ had prettier wood. The case hardening, blueing, and engraving all look great. When I show my Ringneck to friends they think I spent WAY more than $699 for it.

I have both a 20 ga. and a 28 ga. Bobwhite.  I prefer double triggers.  I can not find any fault with either one, but I got plain jane wood.  That's ok cause these are brush and marsh guns and will get scarred up some.  Have shot several hundred rounds out of each and not a problem.
