Extended or threaded barrel?
« on: January 05, 2006, 10:32:05 AM »
My state just became silencer friendly and now I am looking at my options.  Does anybody know where I could get an SP01 barrel that is extended and threaded?  Would it be possible to get the IPSC barrel and get it threaded?  I also would like to get one for a CZ75B and a kadet.  If these barrels are not available does anybody extend and thread a barrel?  I dont know if this can be done without screwing up a barrel.  Thanks for the help.

Might try talking with Bob Hostettler at BarSto..

their barrel is made long to be cut..it may have the right OD to fit the SP01..

anyway..a place to start..

SP01 might be a problem.
It has the outside Dia of the TS barrel but the locking lug of the ts is different from the SP01. So SP01 has odd barrel, barstow for a custom barrel might be the only way. Unless we can get CZ to make the extended barrel that the australians need for there new 120mm law.
