How many of these are out there?  A 9x19 CZ53 ?  It's on Gunbroker now, marked CZ53 and also the barrel is numbered to the gun...

Looks like the seller doesn't know what he's talking about. It's a CZ52 that is probably manufactured in '53. He mentions "the usual "52" mark," There is no such thing unless it's a '52 manufactured weapon. The CZ 52 was made from 1952-1954. I've got a 53 and a 54. Some models were later re-arsenaled to 9mm and others were imported and switched to 9mm. I believe the re-arsenaled ones will have matchng serial numbers on the barrel, but I could be wrong about that.

Yup, there's no such thing as a "CZ 53." The CZ 52 was originally designed for 9mm, but the Soviets had it redesigned to accommodate the Warsaw Pact standard pistol ammo, 7.62 x 25 Tokarev. In the mid-Nineties the Czech Army wanted to dispense with all the warehoused CZ 52's, and Century Arms International bought lots of them and had CZ Brno refurbish them. Some of those were rebuilt with 9mm barrels, and a few were sold with both 9mm and 7.62mm barrels in the same box, both serial numbered to the pistol. Our seller here is misinformed, or worse.
