CZ Fiber Optic frt sight question.

I just installed my new FO frt sight, and along with the adjustable LPA rear, with the proper sight picture, I can't see all my front dot. If you line up the tops of all the sights, the FO rod is to low in the frt sight blade. Anyone else notice this? I have a Dawson Precision FO sight on my 1911, and the rod is located near the top of the blade. Just wondering if I got a miss drilled sight?

Answered my own question after measuring the rear sight depth. The LPA has a .065 deep notch, where the stock CZ sight has a .125 deep notch. Oh well, If it drives me nuts after shooting it, i'll swap the rears back.
