Nope, I'm not a US citizen. I'm from The Netherlands. The rifle is called a CZ 858 tactical, wich is a semi auto version of the VZ 58. It does have the original upper or lower or casing (?) with full auto fire selector though. That's also the only thing original on it nowadays, the rest is aftermarket

These are the same rifles that are sold in Canada, as well.

They have slight differences than the military issue Vz58 or the US version Vz58 (can't remember what they are, offhand).
