Not yet, but I want to. They were supposedly working on a barrel specifically for Pre-Bs, which would seem to indicate compatability with the earliest short-rail model, but I haven't seen 'em yet. I'm hoping they'll come up with something soon.

Howdy folks,

I am a very satisfied EFK Fire Dragon customer.  I currently own and use serveral of their barrels, to include their 357 Sig conversion barrel for an FN HP 40, and multiple 9mm down/conversion barrels to fit Sig P226s, a P229, and multiple CZ75Bs in 40.  One of the next barrels I will be adding from them is their 9mm down/conversion barrel for the FN HP 40.

I enjoy whenever possible owning one platform, that will allow me to fire .40S&W, 357 Sig, and 9mm rounds from it.  That just gives me a lot of options in my view.

Mr. Vit, since I am a happy customer, I do understand how their website works a bit too sir.  Just so you know, the barrel that comes up in the pic, appears to be a straight 9mm replacement barrel.  Just pay attention that you order the correct barrel that you want.

If you have any questions, I suggest you give them a call first, before placing your order.  I have found them to be very customer service friendly, and would be happy to answer your questions on the correct barrel to order as well.

Hope this takes a bit of mystery away from this company.  I like them, and will be using their barrels again in the future as that need arises.  They are a true drop in to me, as to date I have not had any barrels that required any fitting at all, and they are a bit less expensive than many other brands.  Those two points simply make them a "best deal" to me really.

Thanks two guns. I did notice that they have different diameter barrels. I look forward to obtaining one.

TwoGuns,

Good to hear about your positive experience.  I've been thinking about getting one of their extended barrels to use for a compensator.  You say that they don't require fitting, but care to comment how "tight" they are?  Only one I've ever seen was in a Sig, and I found the lockup to be quite loose.  That's fine in a plinker, but I am hoping for something a little more for a potential Open gun.  Doesn't appear that they make "gunsmith fit" barrels, and that's the only worry I have about them.
