SA trigger question
« on: January 16, 2009, 03:17:34 PM »
First off, Hello from a new member here, the forum is awesome.  Now, I am going to order a CZ SA next week and I am unsure about the trigger.  If I don't like it can I swap it out for a standard CZ75 curved trigger?  Thanks in advance.  -Dan

CZ 75 SP01 Shadow, strong enough for a man, but she likes it too!

Yes, but you will lose the adjustment of overtravel feature.  A curve in a trigger is purely there to give a mechanical advantage in DA pull.  Notice that a LOT of SA designs have "straight" triggers, like the 1911A1 and SIG 210.
