Steel cases are the norm rather than the exception for 9x18 ammunition, your CZ-82 was designed to shoot it and should have no issue with it. The biggest problem most people cite with Wolf ammo is that it is exceptionally dirty when fired. More work to clean up after a trip to the range and some people that shoot long strings have had issues with their firearm malfunctioning due to crud in the works. As far as cheap Eastern European/Russian ammo goes most people seem to have the best luck with Silver Bear. Steel ammo cases have a tendency to occasionally stick in the chamber when fired. To combat this tendency the cases must either be coated with lacquer or polymer OR plated with some soft metal (zinc, copper, brass, etc.). The Silver Bear cartridges are zinc plated (hence the name Silver Bear). They seem to work well in the CZ-82s and Makarovs. The only issue I've had with them is that they have a bit more unburned/partially burned powder exiting the muzzle (though this may just be an odd batch I got a hold of as I've not heard anyone else mention it). One issue you might want to watch out for with the Silver Bear is that you should store it in dry condition, otherwise the zinc may oxidize and form a film of white powder on the surface. Don't think it will hurt anything but it will make the ammo look funky.
I've also shot a lot of Brown Bear without any incident. It seems to me to be basically equivalent except for using a lacquer coating instead of zinc. The downside to the lacquer/polymer ammo is that it has the potential to leave deposits of the coating in the chamber that can build up over time. If you don't clean it out between trips or if you shoot enough of it in one shooting you can get a round in the chamber that can not be normally ejected. I've shot a couple of hundred rounds of Brown Bear in one sitting and had no trouble, but others have. In all honesty, I hear more people reporting this problem shooting guns that were not designed for steel cased ammo (like the AR-15 for example). The Wolf ammo you have is either lacquer or polymer coated.
