The firing pin safety plunger lever on a 75B SA

Just curiousHas this happen to anyone else?
I had the firing pin safety plunger lever shear off on recoil, on my 75B SA. This caused all kinds of other things to go wrong internally.

Yeah, it was very strange.
Sorry no pics.
I sent it into CZ and Mike looked at it and couldn't explain it.
He fixed it for labor and shipping only.
So while he had it, I had him exchange the plastic for an alloy trigger plus a trigger job.
He is a master triggerman...I must say
