Many advocate NOT lubricating mags... maybe the outside... but most meticulously clean the INSIDE of their mags, and make certain there is NO LUBRICANT in the mag.
The design of the grip on the CZ vz82 has 2 strips on the inside of the removable plastic pieces that run parallel to the line of travel of the mag in and out of the grip. I have found that by loosening (slightly) the screws that hold the grips on, I can adjust how the mag ejects.
I ran into this problem on mine after field stripping and removing the handles for clean up... is that when it started happening to you? If so, you may just have overtightened the grip screws, as I did (mine all ejected just fine until I did the cleaning).
Another thought... you could (JUDICIOUSLY) sand off some material on those two strips in the each half of the grip.
But, if it were me, I'd just loosen the screws a tad... If they start working out, a little releasing locktite on the tips of the screws shouldn't hurt anything.
