NEA upper handgaurd parts kit

Anyone know were a NEA upper handgaurd parts kit can be found? somehow lost my spring ,bearing and screw. Preferably in Canada

I had the same problem with mine.  Don't know what to do with it.  Replaced it with a BoneSteel Set.
